WEBINAR – Growth Series Event – A Conversation About People and Risk
Monday, 15th June @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pmFree – $50.00
As corporate scandals and shortfalls have dominated headlines in recent years, awareness and focus on people-related risk has intensified. There is widespread recognition that written Codes of Conduct and risk management policies are ineffective when human behaviour is not aligned. So how should risk managers and executives be considering and managing risk arising from conduct? How might our transition to remote working impact?
For our next Growth Series webinar, but open to all FEI members, we’re pleased to have Suzanne Salter and Keith Faassen from Leader Nouveau lead us in an interactive conversation.
With a background in financial markets leading to his appointment as a senior financial markets conduct regulator within ASIC, Keith combines his frontline understanding of risk with Suzanne’s own corporate experience and training in coaching psychology to deliver a workshop that explores what leads to behaviour that is detrimental to strong risk management, how and where conduct risk might arise in your team and organisation, and mitigating strategies.
This event offers you the chance to reflect on and develop the critical leadership skill of bringing written policies, frameworks and value statements authentically to life.
This webinar is complimentary for all FEI Members.
With their learning orientation, FEI events typically meet the requirements for CPD for professional bodies. We can provide members with a report of FEI learning activity from 1 April this year. This event would be regarded as 1 hour of CPD.
