SYDNEY – FEI Mentor Program Launch with Colin Cardwell, Founder & CEO of 3rd Sense

Wednesday, 12th June @ 12:15 pm - 2:00 pm

Free – $150.00

For an FEI event with a difference, FEI is delighted to welcome Colin Cardwell the founder and CEO of 3rd Sense as our keynote speaker for our Sydney mentoring launch.  3rd Sense is a digital products, apps and business games designer which started with a simple premise – that fun and games could be really good for business, making customers more engaged and colleagues happier and more productive.

Workplace engagement, motivation and reward challenge leaders everywhere, including our mentors and mentees.  Did you know that the answers might just lie in techniques used by your Gen Z’s favourite online game (or yours…..afterall 68% of us now play video games and the average age of video game players is 33, with the fastest growing age group the over 55’s!).  Come along to learn what Fortnite, Pokemon Go, Candy Crush Saga and game design theory generally can teach us about getting our teams into the magical, high-performance state of ‘flow’.

Colin has been leading the conversation around gamification in Australia for the last decade.  With apps predicted to generate $189 billion in revenue by 2020 (up from $88 billion in 2016), and mobile games already accounting for $80 billion, this is a conversation that businesses just can’t afford to ignore.

Our mentoring launch is the premier FEI event for 2019 and a great way to connect or re-connect with your finance peers and colleagues.  We look forward to seeing you there.
