SYDNEY – CFO Only Event with John Lydon, McKinsey & Company
Thursday, 2nd May @ 12:15 pm - 2:00 pmFree
Strategy and disruption, the role of the CFO in business evolution and finance transformation are all hot topics for contemporary CFOs. FEI is therefore thrilled to welcome our next CFO round table lunch guest John Lydon, who will conclude his current role as McKinsey’s Managing Partner in Australia and NZ in April, at which time he will remain a Senior Partner in the Australian practice.
John is perfectly positioned to share his market insights and facilitate a discussion about transformation and the future shape of business off the back of continuing, perhaps escalating, change and one of the more controversial years in Australian business. On a daily basis, John is helping the leaders of large, complex organisations understand, embrace, capture, and sustain the value potential in their businesses.
John joined McKinsey in 1999 and worked in Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia before commencing his tenure as Managing Partner for Australia and New Zealand from 2013. He has personally led large-scale transformation projects for clients but has also been responsible for significant innovation within McKinsey’s business, with a particular focus on Digital & Analytics. In addition to his responsibilities and practice at McKinsey, John contributes to the business community through his Committee work for the Business Council of Australia and academia through his role on the University of Technology Sydney’s Vice Chancellor’s Advisory Board. He is also a founding member of the Male Champions of Change.
We are privileged to have someone of John’s calibre and experience to lead our discussion at this invitation-only event for our mentors and CFOs.
