Corporate Members choose from two mentoring options:

FEI Flagship Mentoring Program

The FEI Flagship Mentoring Program offers bespoke one-on-one mentoring by a leading CFO.

Designed for those in finance leadership positions - typically 1^st and 2^nd level CFO reports - it is also suitable for CFOs (we have a large number of very experienced CFOs in our mentor line-up, including several who now sit on major company boards). FEI Flagship Mentees have more than ten years of experience, most have around twenty.

In addition to a 12-month, hand-curated one-on-one mentoring relationship, the Flagship program includes:

complimentary invitations to two FEI keynote events (in-person)
monthly roundtable networking sessions with a peer cohort (online and in-person)
pre- and post-program psychometric assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses
individual FEI Membership
eligibility for future FEI Alumni workshops and events

The Flagship program has run since 2003- it consistently has a 90+% satisfaction rate and has minted a number of current ASX CFOs.

FEI Flagship Mentoring is available only to FEI Corporate Members. A limited number of places are available each year to Mentees who are individually self-funding.

FEI Emerging Leader Group Mentoring Program

FEI’s Emerging Leader Group Mentoring program is facilitated by a leading CFO in a small group format (5 to 8 mentees).

Targeting those with 7 to 12 years of experience, the program address five key capabilities - Communication & Influence, Leading People, Commercial Thinking & Business Partnership, Institutionalising Change and Learning & Networking - along with Career Planning, across six modules.

In addition to the six group sessions, the Emerging Leader program includes:

a complimentary invitation to one FEI keynote event (in-person)
pre-program psychometric assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses
pre-learning material related to each module
a program of post module peer debriefs
individual FEI Membership for the year following the program

The FEI Emerging Leader Group Mentoring Program is available to all FEI Members. Individual Members pay a fee of $2,830+gst. Priority for places is given to Corporate Members.

Solo/Start-Up

The Solo/Start-up Corporate Membership package suits organisations with less than 10 individuals in the finance team. Membership is for a 3 year period. Your membership fee is $5,900+gst, translating to $1,967+gst annually.

Our Solo/Start-up package includes the following:

Mentoring:

Your choice of 1 Flagship Mentee position OR 2 Emerging Leader Group Mentee positions to be used in any one, or if preferred for group mentoring, two of the three years.

Finance Team Development:

Your entire finance team is eligible for FEI Individual Membership at the Premium level.

Finance Leader Network:

Your CFO will be invited to attend the FEI keynote lunch each year during your membership.

Optional Add-ons:

Emerging Leader Group Mentee positions (beyond those included in the package): $2,700+gst

Aon Digital Leader - online psychometric assessment: $120 per candidate (FEI discounted rate)

Small Co.

The Small Co. Corporate Membership package suits organisations with between 10 and 99 individuals in the finance team. Membership is for a 2 year period. Your membership fee is $6,900+gst, translating to $3,450+gst annually.

Our Small Co. package includes the following:

Mentoring:

Your choice of 1 Flagship Mentee position OR 2 Emerging Leader Group Mentee positions to be used in any one, or if preferred for group mentoring, both of the two membership years.

Finance Team Development:

Your entire finance team is eligible for FEI Individual Membership at the Premium level.

Finance Leader Network:

Your CFO will be invited to attend the FEI keynote lunch each year during your membership.

Optional Add-ons:

Additional Flagship Mentee positions (beyond those included in the package): $5,400+gst

Emerging Leader Group Mentee positions (beyond those included in the package): $2,700+gst

Aon Digital Leader - online psychometric assessment: $120 per candidate (FEI discounted rate)

Standard

The Standard Corporate Membership package suits organisations with between 100 and 400 individuals in the finance team. Membership is for a 1 year period (organisations can elect multi-year membership at a 5% discount). Your annual membership fee is $7,900+gst.

Our Standard package includes the following:

Mentoring:

Your choice of 1 Flagship Mentee position each year OR 2 Emerging Leader Group Mentee positions.

Finance Team Development:

Your entire finance team is eligible for FEI Individual Membership at the Premium level.

Finance Leader Network:

Your CFO will be invited to attend a CFO/FEI Mentor lunch each year.

In addition, you will receive a ticket to the FEI keynote lunch - for you, or to pass along to a team member.

Optional Add-ons:

Flagship Mentee positions (beyond those included in the package): $5,400+gst

Emerging Leader Group Mentee positions (beyond those included in the package): $2,700+gst

Aon Digital Leader - online psychometric assessment: $120 per candidate (FEI discounted rate)

Large Co.

The Large Co. Corporate Membership package suits organisations with more than 400 individuals in the finance team. Membership is for a 1 year period (organisations can elect multi-year membership at a 5% discount). Your annual membership fee is $15,900+gst.

Our Large Co. package includes the following:

Mentoring:

Your choice of 2 Flagship Mentee positions each year OR 4 Emerging Leader Group Mentee positions.

Finance Team Development:

Your entire finance team is eligible for FEI Individual Membership at the Premium level.

Finance Leader Network:

Your CFO will be invited to attend a CFO/FEI Mentor lunch each year.

In addition, your organisation will have a dedicated table at the FEI keynote lunch - you might invite your leadership team, reward high-performers or thank those who've gone above-and-beyond in your team.
