Stephen Rue, CFO of NBN Co is to take on the CEO role from September when incumbent Bill Morrow steps down. The company has yet to name a replacement CFO.

Darin Harper is the new CFO of Ardent Leisure Group.

Scott MacDonald replaces Michael West as CFO and Company Secretary of Tempo Australia.
