NBN has been regularly in the news since it was formed in 2009 to provide Australia's first national wholesale-only, open access broadband network, so we are very pleased that its CEO, Mike Quigley, has accepted our invitation to talk about what NBN is actually doing, how it is doing it and what the practical issues are. In particular he will address why the NBN makes sense for Australia, both operationally and financially. As you can see from Mike’s brief bio below, Australia is fortunate to have someone of his experience leading the team on this important national project.
Please note that FEI members are asked to come at 12.10pm, as prior to the lunch FEI will hold a brief Extraordinary General Meeting, separate notice of which is being given to all members.
Book early and bring colleagues and guests to what we expect will be a very interesting address.
