In the current financial climate many managers are being asked to do more with less – fewer staff and a smaller budget. At this lunch forum Simon Moylan and Nik Ruparel will share their observations on what in these circumstances managers are doing to boost the performance of their teams. They'll also tell you about the challenges and opportunities facing their clients, and what companies are doing to maximise performance.
